CheapFly operates purely as a search and comparison engine. We are not an airline, online travel agency (OTA), hotelier, or booking agent. All booking contracts, ticketing, changes, and refunds are negotiated directly between the user and the chosen travel provider.
2. Pricing Accuracy
Airfare, baggage fees, and hotel rates change dynamically in real time according to airline inventory. While we strive to display live prices, the final authoritative price is confirmed on the merchant's checkout page prior to purchase.
3. Limitation of Liability
CheapFly holds zero liability for flight delays, schedule cancellations, baggage claims, or booking discrepancies originating from third-party travel providers. Please inspect all airline fare conditions before finalizing payment.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or deploy automated scrapers against CheapFly infrastructure without explicit prior authorization.
